Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service for all my clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Where I’m only in the salon a few days a week, every appointment time is valuable, and last-minute cancellations make it challenging to fill openings for those hoping to get in.
By giving advance notice, you allow me the opportunity to offer that time to another client who’s been waiting to book. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy—it helps me ensure that I can serve each of you to the best of my ability. Thank you!
